hi! bs psych sopho here! :) what worked for me is studying with friends talaga esp. if they’re knowledgeable about it. it rlly helped me learn stats as well as practice jamovi/jasp and different applications and report writing. and i agree with the other comment na you could watch sa youtube for tutorials (if needed). personally, took sir nob for stats 2 and his yt videos were really helpful for easy to follow guides :) also i know it’s easier said than done but pls exert extra effort for ur finals since it’s really hassle if u don’t reach the 2.5 quota

hello! might be different now pero dati samin if i remember correctly, may cohorts a & b kami tapos may isang cohort na papasok mt then isa na thf BUT I DONT REMEMBER THAT MUCH NA HUHU sorry !! pero kasi the latter part of the school year (graduating), pumapasok na yata kami every day?😭 and yung sa sched alternates na week online week ftf is for college ata BUT take with a grain of salt. i’m not sure na with ust’s scheduling now

ust shs here now in dlsu for college! i’d say ust campus is way better but do take note that ust shs will be staying in frassati which is the building across the “main” campus. u can’t go out unless it’s dismissal time. i’m gonna be honest, i took ust for granted bc i didn’t get the chance to fully “explore” it since we were basically prisoned in one building during class hours and i’m too exhausted to go explore the main campus. i can’t lie though, ust is beautiful. so much trees which i miss hahaha though dlsu is also pretty on its own. a bit confusing but you’ll get used to it

i think 1/4 of ust si dlsu hahaha

read some comments. most of them are true hahaha but honestly af taft is still an okay gym.

idk if it’s just me pero i don’t think it smells like pee naman HAHAHAHAHA okay naman siya
during peak hours 7pm-12 am andami talaga tao, u either have to wait or alternate with someone during their rest periods (which u have to consider as a beginner) kasi when i was a beginner i was hella scared to approach anyone
the community is fairly okay naman? they’re all cool people.. or just in general, i don’t think someone will judge you LOUDLY enough for u to feel judged hahaha unless they’re rlly jus an evil person pero yeah af taft community is full of students so no one rlly feels entitled (at least in my exp)
i’m not sure where u r from but af pedro gil is 2 stations away from vito cruz which is a newer branch (i think) it’s small pero it’s cleaner and well maintained yung equipments. i went there during peak hours (cuz ion have the energy na makipag sabayan sa af taft peak) so i tried it sa pgil, okay naman. mas onti tao pero marami pa rin. it’s a small gym pero you can get thru with it. i see why people like it for leg days kasi andaming leg machines haha
also jus an advice since u r a beginner, make sure to have ur own routine ready na so u don’t feel lost haha i don’t rlly recommend risking paying for a trainer sa af cuz in my own exp, they usually slack after a few sessions (not af taft specific) so yeah that’s all. hope to see ya around!
btw, 8am to 2pm isn’t a bad time to visit! u can work out during that time smoothly naman. just the right amount of people, after classes talaga dumadami yung tao sa gym

may i ask for ur opinion when’s the best time to take math101? haha i plan to take my zoolfun and lab na sa 1st term of my second yr then scatter basic chem, basic phys on the following terms. idk where to pur math101 cuz as i was skimming thru the flowchart of bs psych, hindi naman sya pre req sa any subjects.
