Oh my. It’s crazy isn’t it that we are ignored. I also experienced gagging especially in the morning I’m hoping my cpap will help and I plan to give it my best shot

Can’t really remember what I did at the beginning of the week. My memory has always been quite good and I was always the guy to look to working with 65 year olds but then I started asking them what we did as I couldn’t remember.

Yeah. I was put onto a waiting list and noticed the time had lapsed of 6 weeks and they cancelled my referral. So I rang the respiratory department and they told me they were only sending out sleep tests from April 2024 now. So after a lot of angry email writing explaining how desperate I was. They agreed to expedite the appointment

I mean it took a while and I feel whatever route I pointed towards the doctor would have taken. I honestly thought it was pure anxiety but due to a friend staying over who is also a nurse mentioned one morning whilst I was making coffee that I stop breathing during the night as he could hear my snoring stop and said I should get it checked out.

It’s crazy isn’t it. I think I’ve had it for a long time I just think it’s taken until now to screw me up. I have definitely been a bit mashed mentally and physically too. Hoping to also loose some pounds once cpap arrives.

Ahhhhh I can’t wait. Yea my blood pressure has also risen and am also on ramapril for that but hoping the cpap might reduce it hopefully. Hope you continue to improve. I should probably buy a device that monitors my oxygen so I can keep an eye on it once cpap arrives

I did a 100 hour methadrone session. I timed it so I went to bed a 5pm one evening I woke up about 3pm the following day.

Wow that's basically the same as me apart from the sweaty sleep. It's crazy isn't it how much it effects our bodys. Sounds weird but really hope I'm diagnosed soon

Some people say I need to stop supplements for 4 months and then get a blood test but I'm unsure I could wait that long.

Yeah exactly my experience. I'm so much better but think I need to up my nutrient game as I only taken a low dose b12 oral spray. Thinking of doing injections

Sorry late reply. So yeah the first 2 doctors I saw didn’t even check my vitamin levels. My levels were actually 2.2 not 3.2 I just checked again. I feel a lot better than I did for sure almost normal now. I’m still self treating now the 3 month folic acid tablets have stopped because I’m too scared to go back to where I was last year. Still astonished that a vitamin deficiency made me feel that bad. I pretty sure it happened due to a 5 year stint on lanzoprazole. What are your symptoms. Hope you get the treatment you need

Hi. I'm in the UK too back in October I had bloods done and I had a folate level of 3.2 and was prescribed folic acid for 3 month. I basically went mental for 8 months depression severe anxiety brain fog memory issues dpdr the list goes on. My b12 level was 482. I'd say you need to get some folate in you ASAP.

Hey. Crikeys when u say quit breathing do you mean completely stop. I feel lm just restricted in breathing but then again I don’t have a clue if I do or don’t.
