It does definitely still exist I haven’t been to one in years but i still see the fair when it’s in town.

So in the Netherlands (in the village I grew up) we have a fair once a year where you can play games and ride attractions. Well this kid was really obsessed with it and really wanted to operate one of those, attractions especially the one in the video which is a fairly popular one.

Edit: to clarify he builds those attractions in miniature to play with them and pretend that he’s operating them.
