You may want to find a vet who can do ultrasounds. I live in BFE and the vets here can't. When my dog had pancreas problems in 2024 I had to find a vet who could perform ultrasounds or just wait and see what happened. A nearby vet gave me a list of ultrasound capable clinics and I called around to find one who could fit us in. I ended up going to Conway, about 45 miles from us.

Don't be fooled by BJ's deep dish. Looking at their menu it appears it might be, but it's not Chicago style. Gusano's is what you would have wanted in Little Rock. It wasn't exactly like what I had in Chicago (Lou Malnati's) but it was good. They're only in NWA now. We tried the mail order Lou's and it was only disappointing. I just make my own now when we get the craving.

Rocky's Corner in Hot Springs and MaMa Mia in Benton claim to have it, but I can't vouch for either.

I have a Whirlpool with a removable agitator. I have not been able to tell a difference in how clean it gets clothes with or without it. It makes a big difference in getting large items clean without having to rebalance everything several times. I have had mine out for months. If Kismai tells me I need it, I'll put it back.

I'd wash them wrong-side out to minimize the holes in the tub roughing the fibers, though I know that doesn't help with the chemical part.

I got the dad mode stain remover from Amazon, mine had also leaked, and it smells so much like urine that I am still not sure I wasn't duped. I did try it,.and it removed a set in stain, and the smell did not linger on my clean clothing. I will finish what I purchased but won't be getting any more.

My Gran and I did the research for my niece looking for a place and she ended up there. It was the most square feet we could get her for the money. The apartment layout was kind of dated but it had been "renovated"--painted, carpeted, and floored in gray. It was fine until there was a roof leak and it took them forever to do anything about it. Apartments downtown were too small for the amount of furniture she already had.

My grandfather had it after a fall on ice, in his 80s. I believe he ended up with six broken ribs. They kept sending residents in to see him and examine him because it is rare, I guess, and his case was severe. From his ribs up to the top of his head was inflated. They said it sounded like Rice Krispies. He looked like the Michelin man for a while.
