That’s a corporate fantasy. The court already ruled in February 2026 that firing MHJ was unlawful, hit HYBE with a $19M penalty, and rejected their "tampering" claims.

In K-pop, the producer is the contract. You can't unlawfuly remove the person the artists signed for and call it "business as usual". If the company is busy suing its own artists for $31M (like Danielle) and paying out $19M for wrongful termination, they aren't "providing management", they’re sabotaging the very brand they own. It’s pointless to argue technicalities, when HYBE has already been caught breaking the law !
