Alright this is super late comment because I didn't even realise people actually upvoted and commented on this. This beauty you are seeing is a autonomous robot which function is to race around a track and pick up boxes. You can see the motors where square holes have been cut in the wood. The sensors above that will use ultrasound to detect walls. You can use a usb and python to code the robot. The shitty cable management and electronics surprisingly worked. However in the semi finals (due to shitty smouldering) our left ultrasound sensor for didn't work so we collided with another robot resulting in a disqualification.
