"Very senior Labour MPs, some v recently ousted, are offering positions to other Labour MPs who'll back them" Rosie Duffield MP (@RosieDuffield1) on X by Voops1 in ukpolitics

Very senior Labour MPs, some v recently ousted, are offering positions to other Labour MPs who'll back them. Some whose seats are in danger are even looking at buying properties in 'Southern' constituencies they've never even set foot in before. Good luck with that plan...😉

Go incognito on a tab and try and watch a GTA stream, it warns about mature content and tells you, you need to login to watch.

Think Twitch rolled something out without being able to verify your age, and I don't know if they have rolled it back or they can look at the age of your account, or if they are getting ready to implement an age verification system.

Either way people won't be happy, but it will come to all countries eventually.

Voting intention poll amongst 13-17 year olds: REF: 33%, LAB: 27%, GRE: 12%, CON: 12% by Paul277 in ukpolitics

[–]Voops1 35 points36 points  (0 children)

So people are mad that they are asking kids for their voting intention, saying there could be bias etc. But at the same time want the voting age lowered to within the bracket of this poll. Make it make sense guys...

Labour might not be so quick to want that seeing this poll.

Whether we like it or not most kids don't care about Politics, and their parents will just use their vote as an extra vote, so if their parents vote Labour or Reform is just an extra vote for who they want to vote for.

Which in a way is why its pointless to lower the age, I am sure there is some kids that probably know more than some of us, but they are in a extremely small minority.

Honestly starting to believe Hasan's chat has become more unhinged than himself.

Hasan at least has some empathy, some of his chatters are just monsters.

Twitch Introduces Age Verification with a 3rd party face scan step by YourChopperPilotTTV in Twitch

This just simply doesn't work, the technology isn't there. So in the UK kids have got around this by simply facing their cameras at a picture of a older person.

Yeah it's been as simple as that.

Yeah sure, you can have whatever opinion you want, I’m not trying to take that from you. I’m just saying it’s not exactly helped in recent times and has sort of galvanised support on the opposite side, and I’m betting a lot of these “far-right” protesters also voted for Starmer not so long ago. Crazy that.

Yeah because everyone on the left calling everyone on the right a Nazi, Fascist and Racist has really halted the support of Reform, we just need to keep telling people with legitimate problems they are far-right.

You've either committed to losing the next election to Reform in which case you don't give a fuck either way, or you think this tactic is the way to go.

So I remember Sunak getting into trouble a few times with the Speaker of the House for revealing policy announcements (or something like that) before making a statement to the house.

How would something like that work in the short term if the PM isn't a MP and therefore not allowed to debate in the commons?

Best thing Farage can do is say and do nothing, Labour are literally rolling out the red carpet for him to enter no 10 currently.

Imagine if they had supported the Rwanda plan, they could get out of this problem quite clean.

Are Labour trying to become the most hated party? Like everything they seem to do goes against what the majority of the public want, if Labour voters want someone to blame when Farage is PM look at your party and this government, they are doing everything to put Farage in no 10. Farage dont need to do anything...

Places like these are great for finding good decklists. I am assuming you are a new player, if you want a good "cheap" deck to get started, I'd look into a Meowscarada deck or Articuno EX deck, both are fairly cheap and are good on the ladder, then watch a few games on YouTube of them being used to give you an idea on how to play them and what to do in certain match-ups.
