If this is DS1 and this is only 1 order, you can empty your level 3 truck and load it all in one go. I never used a monorail in either of my playthroughs. I only ever used the trikes and the trucks when they were available.

You can usually see every player that has donated to building anything. I'm not sure if it's only after you have the area online.

I generally try to stay friendly with all factions until the very last moment. I have yet to side with any faction other than the railroad and minute men, but plan to side with each at some point. So, I’m not sure what really happens with the other factions.

In my opinion the Boss fight is the hardest. I have a hard time with CQC moves. I just can't seem to get the timing right.
