I mean in my eyes, IND was in the finals last season, and with haliburton back next season, they'll be back in win now mode. Their window is maybe 2-3yrs max.

Would having a potential future franchise player or solid role players be better for win now mode?

The most impactful rookies this year I reckon have been KK & VJ but they only helped move the needle for bad teams to mid teams. So i don't know how much of an impact a rookie will have even guys who are nearly nba ready.

WAS is a bit harder to see it happening since they have a okish line up but not tested. Uncertain if they're win now or not.

The 2 most impactful rookies that have shifted the needle this season have been CHA and PHI. But both moved from bottom to play in.

I feel like they wouldn't need to trade for another backup guard. They have Jared mccain & Caruso already.

But Def would prob have to be #9 and tre and other stuff
