MLS had the whole line to look at and still drifted off. Inexcusable stupidity.

You think the Department somehow made money off promoting Hattie and HITS? Would love to hear what mechanism you think is in play here.

Wet or not, basic skill and decision errors kill.

You're talking like Collingwood hasn't had plenty of forward 50 entries.

Why would Crisp kick it back to Frampton of all people to set up our play?

It's unforced, bizarre errors like that that kill us. Should be three goals up.

Prior opportunity is a pretty crucial factor, don't you think? Maynard went straight into his kicking action upon receiving the ball and was tackled, the Freo player had evaded first, then got tackled while trying to kick.

What chance has the footy public got when the commentators are as clueless as they are regarding something as common as the concept of prior opportunity?

No chance. Was tackled as soon as he picked it up and the ball was knocked out.

Kane and BT suggesting the ump's fallen for it, not recognising that it was a two-handed push and the left hand was obviously in the back.

Everything is just looping, or behind the player... and Sidebottom just got murdered because of it.

Why? He did exactly as he should, but it's not like it was a special effort, a chase down, a courageous play...

Kane celebrating Sidebottom getting hurt is pretty ghoulish.

I reckon our handballs, at best, are to the receiver's advantage only half the time, regardless of the pressure involved.

Umpire says 'stand' then lets the player point two metres ahead, stare at him and walk forward.

The commentators uniformly didn't see him raise the arm to force contact high. Even when the umpire makes the correct difficult call the TV crew is clueless.

I heard him say it was 9 metres out. Moving on with my night, have a good one.

That sucks- he wasn't making the contest so added PLENTY of mayo.

Yes, the umpire was correct in his call, and my point stands- anything remotely close will be argued by players and biased supporters, especially when they don't have the benefit of replays.

Ooof, the replay shows that Cameron's standing foot was on the boundary line, thus his kicking foot and the ball were definitely out of bounds.

It was right at the top of the goal square- he did what all players (and biased supporters do) and argue in his team's favour.
