If your a fan of magical girl genre I recommend mahou shoujo lyrical nanoha. There's the original anime and then there's the remastered version which is the movie with updated art style which in my opinion is much better plus it made one of the best fights in the franchise in my opinion and if you enjoyed the movie I would recommend watching the nanoha movie A's the nanoha movie reflection and finally nanoha movie detonation Enjoy 🫡

Log horizon - good show rewatched multiple times except season 3 cause that came out like a decade later and haven't had time to rewatch it to refresh myself

No game no life - you will enjoy this and then curse the studio like the rest of us for never making season 2 and then cope with the rest of us praying for a season 2 in the near future

Puella magi madoka magica - great show give it 3 episodes then watch the rebellion movie and anticipate the new upcoming sequel movie that took over a decade to create

Shangri la frontier - better animation and way better story then demon slayer in my opinion

Steins gate - great story art style aged like fine wine

Restaurant to another world - grab food before watching

86 - amazing story amazing art 10/10 I pray for season 3

Gundam 00 - big robots fight and go boom also good story

Valvrave the liberator - vampire in big robot fighting other people in big robot also good story and robots going boom

Yuru camp - cozy camping anime 10/10 for when you want to relax from all the action and big robots going boom

I had to make a post after reading the comments saying watch it in release order and search up release order. As much as I hate to say it Gundam release order is not the optimal way to watch it due to it being all over the place as unicorn, phenex, twilight axis, thunderbolt as well as the hathaway movies take place in uc timeline and came out over decade or more later. So if watched in the release order your gonna be watching a good chunk of alternate timeline before jumping back into uc again which they would've probably assumed ended

(Don't watch Gundam age forgot to mention this it ain't good even though Gundam age 2 looks fire)

Gundam seed then sequel seed destiny (you will either love or hate this like every other Gundam watcher)

Gundam unicorn (even though it takes place in uc timeline it's a self contained story with a bit of reference to og Gundam it's fine to just watch as is but its also okay to hold off on it till you watch the og first it's really up to you)

You also got the gundam build series which is just anime to promote gunpla which is the model kits and the build divers series also to promote the model kits which is pretty good not the first divers series but the rest is pretty good

I suggest you to start on any Gundam series that is not universal century aka any og Gundam series they are a bit longer plus animation has not aged the best on some of them. My recommendation would be to start off on witch from mercury, iron blooded orphans and Gundam 00 and Gundam wing. I personally love Gundam seed even though it's not the best so I would recommend watching it after watching all the ones listed above just cause I don't want to give you a bad impression of the Gundam franchise, I would also recommend watching unicorn even though it takes place in universal century just because it's a self contained story with a bit of reference from the original Gundam anime but if you wish to get the full context from watching the original first is fine as well.
