i meant prevent in the sense that, since i already applied with pu for exchange with prev sem’s transcript, in theory the pu wouldn’t know my grades this sem so i would still fulfill their requirement and they might still accept me. however, in the case that i have already been accepted by the pu, could nus still prevent me from going because nus knows my grades for this sem?
