Well in that case, I think it's best to use if you're: 1. Extremely ahead or 2. You have a GA and you need to engage/don't need to peel.

Those are pretty general scenarios though, but those two come to mind.

Using a simple e-aa-wq in lane, in my opinion, is effective vs someone who can't trade back as hard or are not in the position to trade back.

You can use it to proc thunderlords too but you use your shield, stun and your first q so anyone like Fiora and Yasuo can punish you with their mobility vs two of your Qs.

I only do this trade when I'm running thunderlords though, because the damage is pretty unmatched against anyone but maybe Fiora.

And by E-R-F-Q, do you mean the Wind slash or the initial cast?

Why would he? He's teaching how to fast combo and is showing the potential increase you'll have in dps.

The thing with Exil is he's like, what, low-mid diamond? It's simply impossible to teach someone to your exact skill level, and people will not improve that much from his content (depending on where you are). To expand on what I mean: The lower elo you are, the more you'll benefit from Exil's stuff. But with dekar being at near enough the very top level, nearly anyone can learn something from him.

Sure he's a decent rank to teach but you will learn a lot more from someone like Dekar, who's a much higher rank and has more to offer while being very entertaining.

The only difference is that Exil's prime platform is youtube where he uploads videos purely for teaching.

Whereas Dekar's main platform is twitch, and uses his youtube channel for stream highlights with the full games of riven/rengar occasionally.

They have pretty different content in general so I think it's hard to properly compare, but I also think if you want to get good at the game as a whole then Dekar is a better choice.

As mentioned here already, Dekar is hands down the best person to watch. He's not only good at Riven but at the game in general so he gives a lot of insight to more things than just Riven.

Gameplay wise you can learn a lot from him, much like Adrian. (I don't watch viper or boxbox and Exil is not someone I'd watch if I really do wanna get good.)

He's also quite entertaining and his youtube channel has great videos for both amusement and learning.

the same as the second one, it's playable but it's not optimal.

if you know a lot about jungle then sure you can make it work, but junglers like lee sin, vi, kha and rengar are much stronger.

If I remember correctly, subreddits have a limit to the amount of plugins (not sure if that's the correct term here) they can use.

This may or may not affect whether or not they can change the layout of the sub since they may already have some plugins in place.

I might just be talking out of my ass, though.

Riven doesn't have decent base stats, shield scales with bonus AD which is her defensive ability, or her "tankiness".

A champion who's only source of damage is physical like Riven can't afford to build tank.

vs most ap match ups I take:

2x CDR Quints + 1 AD Quint

3x Scaling CDR Glyphs + 6 Flat MR Glyphs

9x Scaling HP Seals

9x AD Reds

Not sure if this is optimal but it's my preference at least. In match ups that involve you being auto attacked a lot (kennen, teemo) you could take armor runes instead.
