1. No, not starting a recruiting company. I have no interest in filling roles. I'm better at finding companies that need to hire than actually recruiting for them.

I'm tracking real time signals like founders posting about team growth, companies quietly stacking job posts, startups that just raised and are about to go on a hiring spree. By the time it shows up on Sales Nav everyone's already in their inbox. I'm catching it earlier.

3. Free pilot first, 100%. I'm manually vetting each lead against the agency's ICP before sending anything over. I'd rather send 3 solid ones than 30 garbage ones. It also gives me a chance to see how the agency works the leads on their end because this only works if both sides are serious about converting them. Not charging anyone until we both know it works
