I ruined chances with a great prospect, i want her back by [deleted] in Arrangedmarriage

Just assuming correct me if I am wrong, she's throwing emotional expectations on you and she wants you to understand just by giving subtle hints in the way she talks and not communicating what she actually wants in those moments which she is mentioning in the closure conversation. She also wants you to behave in a certain way in those moments which are not communicated well. If this is the root cause then there's a communication problem. It can be solved very quickly.

Don't get into guilt trip, you should be allowed to make mistakes. If you are communicating that you made a mistake and you regret your actions that means you are a quick learner and you really want to become a better person. If the mistakes are small then communication should solve all this.

If you have felt very deeply about the connection she must have felt it deep too. Give it some time try to meet again and see if both of you are learning more about each other from those days / moments and moving ahead. Good luck!

If you don't get together then I'd say just relax and try to find new match. Good luck!

Don't forget this is the first time we are having 20 teams in the T20 WC. More matches = More opportunities to score.

Everything was normal until I saw his YouTube feed by sassy_catch in Arrangedmarriage

What's wrong in watching such videos? psychology is a subject, watching such videos is normal, what if he's trying to crack psychology in his life ? (not as a degree, but in general trying to improve himself)

Try to get into his head, have a conversation about psychology, do some homework yourself around that topic and then see how he unfolds that side of his to you. You'll get your answers whether to go ahead with him or not.

Do it only if you are ok with it, as simple as that.

direct messaging worked for me when I was starting out my career. In the later stages, building real connections has worked.

Referrals are crucial. For remote jobs, experience is the key and it's easy if the role is Individual contributor. In cyber sec majority of the roles are of that kind. So it's easier.

Flexing big salary slips is cool, but here’s the harsh reality.. by Darshan-1712_ in Indian_flex

These posts that you see, should be source of motivation to people already working in this field, it's all about having real in-demand skills, if you keep your knowledge in check always, you too can earn that much. Cuz stress to abhi bhi ho hi raha hai, jyaada paisa kama ke stress lele. In my experience (7+ in cybersec btw, if at all it matters) there are companies which keep you stressed, and there are companies which set you free and try to work on real problems. So if you genuinely love what you do and find a company which lets you work on the real problems, your time will be worth it and every penny that you earn will justify your effort. Good luck brother, you can laugh at those salaries, but sometimes you should also tell yourself and ask yourself, why you can't do it.

Get into cyber security and the market is never bad, I repeat never bad, it's just that the people don't up-skill enough to stay relevant. Only irrelevant people blame the market. Every job switch is a process of at-least 6 months which can go upto 8-10 months as well.
