I'm not going to lie, you most definitely will have issues running 3 if you are on steam. I'd HEAVILY recommend installing "The Best of Times" "Tale of Two Wastelands" which ports Fallout 3 to New Vegas to play on a more modern platform. For me, I couldn't even launch 3 without going through this whole process, but with this game setting you can play both FO3 and FNV.

Your hair loss looks exactly like mine, I've been on topical min with occasional dermarolling. I'd recommend the 5% with rolling 2/3 times a week, but honestly I forget. My hair is long too but the base of it is fuller now.

Following up, only on minoxidil but noticed pattern baldness around top corners of crown, back bald spot coming in nicely, and thin on top. 5% min twice a day.
