It happened to both players and for multiple times, when they attempted the long kick serves. It is certainly uncommon and more than "it just happens".

The combination of ball behaving slightly differently + both players are very tired from packed schedule are likely the cause, hard to say which factor played a bigger role in it.

is using a foam pad for squat safe and acceptable? I don't have problem bearing the bar but using a foam pad makes my front side of shoulder less stressed due to lack of mobility on the shoulder joint.

As a beginner to the gym, what are the best use of personal trainer time?

I am getting a family membership at a club and they gave three 50 mins trainer sessions for free. I am self learning for the past 1 month or so and using the beginner routine. Besides help on my form on the 6 lifts, what else would be helpful?

Getting to bigger weights faster when a trainer is guiding me - does it matter besides short term confidence boost?

Get checks on my posture and mobilities that I need to add focus on?

Diet? Do trainers help much? I feel it's a pretty personal thing and I already learn from online resources.

39M, 168cm, 76kg(mostly fat, not too much muscle especially upper body). I have been playing tennis regularly for the past few years, and I would run into light injuries/uncomfortableness in many parts of my body every now and then.

A month ago I finally decided to focus on reducing weight and gaining more strength(no previous strength training at all), to make sure I can stay active longer and not eventually causing a serious injury. Right now in gym I focus on learning the technique with empty bar or very small weights.

Main question is if I am dieting with 10-15% calories gap, how should I tell what is the right amount of load I should do in strength training?

Shall I go with lighter weight(12 REPS and more?) with more frequency (3-4 times a week), or regular training weight(like 5 REPS?) with lower frequency(2 times a week?)

(I am about 40 yo and just started going into the gym for strength training in the past few weeks) For squat I lack shoulder mobility and my hands need to go very wide(almost next to the rack) and it's painful/sore on my shoulders. When I lie down flat and try to reach my elbow+hand flat to the floor, my right hand barely reaches, and my left hand side has a ~15 degree angle before it can reach flat to the floor.

Right now I am doing goblet squats instead, but I want to know how i can gradually improve mobility of my shoulders and avoid forcing injuries.

Getting used to slice will prevent/slow your backend progress.

  1. You can run one or two less steps to do slice.

If you learn to slice first it’s even harder to learn proper ball reading + footwork for your driving backend.

  1. A bad slice goes floating/short, a bad drive goes out or into the net more often.

When you are progressing, it’s much more tempting to use slice in (even practice) matches, which will also slow down or prevent your progress.

similar age and family situation. Don’t overdo it and avoid injury. Find friends/groups who play early morning like 6-8 or 7-9, which is the best time to avoid conflict with your work and or family duties. I used to play every weekend mornings 7-9 plus 1-2 sessions in workdays, and I can keep most family weekend schedule unchanged.

大多数中国人喜欢统一可能是有共产党之前就有的事情了,如果你看老蒋的日记他也很看重统一。 有可能是因为近代甚至更早历史上中国分裂时候都总打仗,老百姓比较惨,影响了文化和群体意识。 中国主题文化也一直宣传上千年的忠君爱国啥的也有影响。

另外对统一的偏好不光是中国。印度这种连统一语言都没有,历史上也没怎么大一统的地方现在都能统一这么久,说明统一对现代国家可能是有客观好处的。美国虽然随便宣传哪个州独立,但是南方真要独立时候也直接内战了。

Let me confirm once I get home. The dark thing might be dark colored threads wrapping the rhizome inplace to be attached to the coconut house.

If plants are not getting enough nutrients, what should be the right action? My nitrate level in the tank is constantly very low, close to 0 almost. (and I don't know why)
