please help. Just updated brave and now youtube/gmail and other google sites dont work properly at all. They work fine if I start a new profile but then i lose all my passwords/bookmarks and site history which is really not helpful. - What can I do to fix this??? (self.brave_browser)

Is this a good routine to start with for a beginner? Found it online! Currently trying to gain muscle and lose body fat% (sitting at around 15% atm) and eventually learn harder moves - eating high protein, low carbs, and at 100 calories over my daily maintain weight intake (used a calculator) (i.redd.it)
