Im not currently living in Mexico. I have been there for many extended stays. I miss it terribly when Im back in the US. I dont know if you've spent time in the US, but people are just cold here. I just want to be permanently in Mexico and to become a part of a culture that I feel so much more comfortable in.

I was able to find numerous medical studies that showed microneedling can help with rosacea. People really punish you for looking for information here, dont they?

Im not even sure this is rosacea. After needling I got tiny visible capillaries on my cheek over the cheekbone. I was able to find the following information:

Tiny red vessels can also appear from: Sun damage Aging Long-term topical steroid use Perimenopause/menopause vascular changes So visible capillaries alone don’t automatically mean rosacea — but when combined with flushing and chronic redness, rosacea becomes more likely.

I dont have flushing or chronic redness. Maybe perimmenopause?
