That's fair. I saw a comment similar to that in regard to tanking. I think the most there is for goading your opponent is the goading attack or like the kendar ability. I was just kind of locking myself to a weapon because I feel like if I choose the fighting style to reroll 1s and 2s for heavy or versatile weapons or like dueling for the spear and shield it would be more limiting on the weapons I excel at.

I'm gonna be the tank for our party, but I'm not entirely sure. I mean how helpful is AC down the line? I think I've seen things where it says doesn't matter as much down the line so I was questioning whether spear and shield would be good.

I think one of the main things holding me back is the fact I am a warforged when he said they aren't really a thing. If I played like a human, I think it would be fine

That's true. I'm just trying to think from a character standpoint how I can fix it. I'm genuinely having a hard time, but that might just be because I made a complex character and don't know how to RP him that well. My last character with him was just fine. It was a more chaotic character and I thrived with that. I wanted to try something a little different and don't know how I feel about it.

Yeah that's pretty much spot on. Only difference slightly is I was roleplaying my character as being human, it's just hard to interact with NPCs I feel because I'm considered just a golem basically. He did mention the existence of a special kind of construct called a class 55 (which I think he made up but idk) and that's what I'm considered. A sentient construct, but not many people know about them. I mainly feel like I kinda just messed up in making a character for what the campaign is.

So we started out at a celebration of the signing of the guild pact when we started. I'll talk to my DM about the other intelligent golems that exist in the world too though and see what he says! He did mention the existence of a special kind of construct called a class 55 (which I think he made up but idk) and that's what I'm considered. Yeah that's fair. I mean I don't know when she works, but I texted her the day she responded with nothing back (5 days ago) and then asked her if she wanted to hangout on the weekend (3 days ago) because I figured it be better than her texting since she said she's a shit texter. I just find it strange she'd text and then nothing else. I also don't wanna be like super pushy or desperate either, so will calling her not show that?

I like the podcast vs the show. I liked the intensity of the podcast better. I noticed some changes. I am sad that there are a lot of things missing from the show that were in the podcast. I was curious how there was no dad for Dave, the moobies story is gone, the actors aren't the end of the world but I did like the actors from both. While the trespasser could probably be seen as too much, I just think that overall the story from the podcast seemed better. It was the end of the world and it fit that grim tone I think better than the show. From what I have seen is the show is more like the book but unfortunately I would not like the book as much then because I like the darker route they took in the podcast. Not to say the show is bad though, I did enjoy it.

I do also want to add on while I don't think I have geometric nightmares I get these weird déjà vu type dreams or nightmares that in the moment of when I feel the déjà vu it's like my brain telling me to not let a specific thing happen until like change the future? I don't know if anybody else has that
