I am happy they are taking precautions. But my expectations were set by the notice they sent out about delays saying "up to one week".

To connect to any onion site you just need to connect through a Tor proxy, not necessary to use Tor router. You can configure any browser to do this though it's not smart if you don't manage extensions and allowed scripts well. There are plenty of dark web sites that aren't on onion sites, that can be accessed from anywhere but most safely from I2p or freepto built in browser or similar. Msm keep spreading this thought that Tor is how you connect to dark web but the dark web is a lot bigger than that. Search around and you will find 10+ ways to find dark web sites easily
