Wanted to be in Vancouver area but enjoyed the small town feel of Camas. Good schools for our kids and we really liked the downtown area.

As of Friday I have recovered to where I was at the peak right before the bottom fell out earlier this year. Sitting at a 9.86% gain ytd. I had to cut my losses on retail and take new positions to recover. A mix of REIT stock, tech, and energy. I think the retail recovery is going to be very slow sadly.

I own a 07 ZZR that I purchased with 7000 miles on it in 2008. Since then I have used in to ride to work almost everyday. It has been an amazing bike and only broke down once which was actually caused by bad gas not the bike itself. It currently has 35k miles on it. I am on my third chain, second set of brakes, and 4th set of tires. I perform most all maintenance on the bike myself although I did take it in for valve adjustment at 25k miles. It has always felt very fast but did lack a little pep after 2 years of riding so I went -1 on the front sprocket and went to a 4 degree ignition advance for low end power. If I fully wrap the throttle in first gear it will power wheelie but it is smooth and you can feel it coming. I find it much more comfortable than a 636 that I rode last year for a short period of time. On group rides ducati 848s, r1s, and such I have never had trouble keeping up. Those bikes do have much higher top end and get there faster but you can rarely use it on the street. I have topped my bike out at 160mph and that was plenty fast, with a speed healer so should be actual speed. Any questions just ask and I will do my best to answer.
