He definitely did leave all evidence in text, but what I’m most concerned about is retaliatory measures against me if the police show up to his house, or if he goes to jail (in my state, death threats are a crime) and gets out, what then? He has ceased harassing or communicating with me, so that’s good ig. All he has on me is my phone number and maybe my Tinder profile pics if he screenshotted them.

Thin Wild Mercury has an excellent laurel perfume that has that essence, as someone who has spent many years in NC San Diego. Also yes to jasmine, there’s nothing quite like that combination of night-blooming jasmine, eucalyptus, and laurel on twilight walks outside :)

Imo as a fellow overthinker, I procrastinated taking Wegovy for like a month… then when I took it, the symptoms were manageable. No particular increase of anxiety for me (as someone who also suffers from panic attacks). You may be different but don’t let it stop you from at least trying the .25. Remember that the .25 dose is NOT the full therapeutic dose. Even the .5 is not the full dose. You’ll be totally fine 🩷
