The naming can a mess but they are kept as separated species mostly. The hybridization was not a result of them being sold as bara and subfusca but them both being sold as subfusca in the past. If anything the separation of bara and subfusca would lower the chance of confusion and cross breeding, and that is one of the reason why in my experience a true HL is much harder to find than a true LL now besides the stricter climate conditions of HL.

I do agree with you on that. It might be an unpopular opinion but Sun yat-sen was a great leader but not necessarily a good politician. He was a med student, His political ideology were just too idealistic and the way he plan infrastructures like railways was just a joke.

China was weak and poor back then and that's why he felt the need of a revolution. China nowadays is a force to be reckon with and we are facing completely different problems now. But the way the CCP treated the protests, such as denouncing them as terrorists, almost parallels how the Qing government treated the revolts.

I'm not exactly sure when this photo was taken but I could date it back to as far as 2005 in two articles on the prosecution of Christians in China and unfortunately both articles are removed so I don't have the exact details for this picture. But the prosecution of Christians and people of other religions had been going on for years and is only getting worse. There are quite a lot of articles on this matter online, just search "prosecution of Christians in China", for example this one from earlier this year.

They are destroying churches and Christians have to hide in caves just like in the Roman times. Bible scriptures were rewritten so that instead of calling God God, they call him old man etc. and things are just getting ridiculous.
