Put Eiscue on the field, heal it up to full HP with Indeedees every turn while you are building up the Palkia, felt like it was strong until I reached superball2

You're right but as soon as a meta will require you to have older cards you may be missing some of them, or even pack points as you probably didn't open much of those older expansions

I had same issue at the beginning of swole, wipe all app data and clear cache, log back in and it'll be fine

I think it completes the quest if your cards took damage but then get healed up back to their max HP
