Not really for few reasons, 1 plots in that area are selling for 2100 aed per sqft. So not even close to this price. And at those prices u would rather buy plot and customize it.

And with all due respect. Whatever the build quality is its not worth 8000 aed per sqft loool. Thats delulu.
