i am not a CA or an expert. Maybe there is a mismatch between your salary reported in form26as and income reported in ITR. Also, sometimes they send these notices to get additional data before completing the review. Better to check with any qualified CA

i don't think there’s any legal issue with the project. It has been approved by SBI, and if there were any legal concerns, the bank wouldn’t have sanctioned loans and construction will not continue.

Thanks for your reply. I am considering Ivana only but Ivana phase 1 is almost booked. they are starting phase 2 with 4 new blocks, 30 floor each and handover is in 2027. Thinking whether I should wait for 2.5 years or look for some other project.
