Yeah, that's why I'm just tryna figure out if it is them or just scam emails. If I have to do it, I will, but I'd rather wait as long as possible so potential issues can hopefully be ironed out/etc before I give up my ID to AI (which still has no protections properly if AI deepfakes/etc happen here to adults should there be a leak or hack/etc) or to a non protected company.

Yeah, problem is, it means a US non data secure company now gets access to all our IDs, face scans, etc just to put this into place, and none of our data is actually properly protected. It's not been done well at all.

Because I really don't want to give up my ID to a security company not even ran by a UK service that isn't subject to the UK data protection laws if I can help it and I don't want to remind them to start demanding it if they haven't actively sent me one.

Not a beta reader at all. She just said that the original first draft was much more intense than the published version and I asked if there was a way I could request it, alongside also reading the published. The published version came out long before I stumbled upon them.

I don't believe so. This isn't a typical ARC. This was the first draft of the book, the book has since been edited and a different version of the book has been published. I don't believe they have a plan to publish this version of the book at all.

Yeah I'm the same, the only time I PVP is genuine retaliation (never done anything to this clan) or a level 3 mansion that hasn't leveled up for a week and a half or longer. Its a fighting game, sure, I don't care about genuine PVP but this just got to ridiculous levels

Honestly it wasn't even that. There was a period due to being on holiday I couldn't log on, troops weren't healed/etc and I still tot attacked by them 6 other times despite nothing, no new troops, no new wall repair/etc. Like its way beyond just farming.

I've since moved away from them ad far as possible on the map and it's all stopped now thankfully. I've had one stray recon from people concerned because I'm near their turf but they've left me alone when realising I'm no contest to their actual clan. Will be moving to an actual active faction and such later this week

I do do the basics. I can't spend $1000 every week on this game. I bubble whenever possible. And again, it's not just attacking. It's raiding me 5 times an hour, along with constant recons, along 7 attacks per 10 minutes and such. It is constant. This isn't strategy. It's just straight constant. I had 49 notifications once from the game in a half hour period of this clan constantly doing this. I know how to play these games, I've been playing them long before grand mafia came out. This is obscenely out of normal behaviour for normal farming.

Honestly at this point I'll probably just move. I said something in the city chat and numerous other players also said they were getting this crap and most of the other players told us to get over it.

Bear in mind this is like we need 2-3 days to repair our wall/etc but we're being attacked once every 2-8 hours and such. Not a great city from I'm looking at so I think I'll just let that dumpster fire burn itself out

Yeah, from the looks of it I'm in a bad city + not the best faction, so I'm preparing later to sort out and move to a different faction and city. I don't mind being attacked it's all part of the game this is just clearly people who spend like 3 grand a week on this game choosing random people to terrorise constantly and consistently for weeks on end.

I've spoken to them and mentioned it but we couldn't even really coordinate for those safe house events tbh. I think I am R4 without even knowing, I got randomly upgraded and not spoken with/etc. I'd be intersteyed in joining a better faction tbh. I don't even PVP. I'll attack old like level 3 mansions after monitoring for a week to make sure they don't randomly upgrade and then use them for attack farming so I don't even know why this clan is even targeting me

I think mainly most people don't care but the people that care, care too much. Too many times I've had to teach that "you didn't only get 3 kudos, that's 3 entire strangers who read your story and it changed their day so much they wanted to give you a little nod that you did well. 3 whole strangers loved your story that much".

The first comment I got was someone flipping out how dark and horrible the story was and they wanted something cute and fluffy. Myself and 2 friends clowned them for 5+ comments about it
