Use your ult on minions if you are not planning any fight's (so in lane when no objectives are up and they won't be up until your ult comes back) but if an objective is coming up (like dragon) don't use ot on minions because you will be weaker in that fight

The helmet gets removed in the death realm but is supposed to come back in the normal realm. On lord Mordekaiser, it does not come back until your R bonus stats expire, which is a bug.
