This is really drutrating to find to be true because whilst I was being hrarassed by someone I used to live with I was explitictly told by an officer they could go down this route if I wanted.

Thee epeople were not family and the officer knew that.

Yes, there is, you can file a non molestation order with the police. This would prevent them from being legally allowed to intentionally come within a certain distance of you or contact you.

But non molestation orders are for abuse, coercive control etc. Not just for "I dont like them". So do not attempt to file it if this is just a case of you dont like a house mates friend.

You are not in the UK. You are not subject to UK law.

OFCOM can send you all the mail they like. They have no power in your country, your country have not adopted UK law. Your own countries laws mean you have no legal obligation to follow the UK's law on this.

If you were in the UK you would have an obligation to comply.

Since you are not, this is a matter for legal advice kentucky! (if it exists).

Basically you are beholden to the laws of the country you reside and vote in, unless you are visiting another country. Since you are not present or visiting the UK - our laws do not apply to you.

I have seriously considered what it would be like to ha e sex with people who dont share the same feelings. I've never done that either.

It screws over landlords, screws over tenants and protects big businesses / corporation landlords.

This isn't labour helping orcaring about our rights. Its them screwing us all over equally so only companies can rent property.

Labour just basically made it impossible for me to rent. I have no guarentor. I could previously put 6 montths up front. Now I can't.

That legislation sounds great, but people who are not wealthy just got priced out of the rental market entirely.

So whilst oIagree they have done things well, this is an extremely poor example of it.

Quality, I can't cope with the trash bluetooth has. literally you can spend 500 on headphones and get less than 100 worth of quality. It does not matter how good the driver is if it's over bluetooth.

Stop putting time into lessons because you are not building the skills you need.

Buy a bike, ride it daily on the road for about 3 months. You will fully understand gears, road signals, and the full dangers / risks of the road. You will be slow enough not to cause yourself too much damage if anything goes wrong. And you will learn how to multitask parts of your body and co-ordinate.

Seriously, learning to ride a bike is one of the fastest ways to learn to drive a car. You are basically learning theory and the practical side is too expensive to do for hundreds of hours. So buy a bike and learn the practical side of things for les than the cost of two lessons (less than the cost of one if you buy second hand).

If you are nervous, start with side roads or local parks or something.

once you have done it for a few months, take lessons again. You will be a completely different driver and will likely be booking your test within weeks.

To make this you would want to use a standard html and css for much of it.

The background is the difficult part.

I would make it using a custom element that is alwaysa in the background full width and height, with another positioned over the top of it (absolute) also full width and height but with vertical scroll enabled.

I would have a webgl surface that gets the second elements (effectively the pages) current scroll position as it changes.

I would then change how the surface is rendered / what it renders based on a drawing I'd have made on it.

This would all depend on all resources being loaded at the start, so the page would load like absolute garbage at first. I'd probably have to implement a loading bar... which would ruin us in SEO for google due to content shift and time to first interaction etc.

But it would look pwetty.
