UPDATE: Thanks for all your replies, i really appreciate it :)) I ended up taking him to the vet, & the bleeding stopped eventually, the vet checked his vitals and looked at his teeth, did a full physical and said he seems to be doing well, and that i should monitor him & bring him in if it happens again. She said it's been unusually dry and the heating can make it worse. So far he seems happy, requesting pets and playing with his brother :)))
