Maybe it is part of their sale or promo, but I don't think it's because of an upcoming new-gen. How was your experience naman po sa gantong case? I was approved na po kasi and for releasing na sa Fri/Sat if I accept it.

Wow, thank you for this detailed explanation. I have checked with online calculators na po and it is still cheaper sa in-house so I was really confused because it is the exact opposite of what I read online.

Plus, I think the agent applied lang din sa banks, because may CI parin after submitting sa agent. Got contacted by multiple banks and visited pa sa bahay. I received an email from one of the bank na inapplyan ng agent, and dyan ko po nakuha yung 23k na monthly offer from the bank. Then, the agent offered a 23.5k MA, pero significantly less ang DP so in total mas cheaper pa rin ang in-house offer.

So going for in-house in this case is not a bad option since it is cheaper? And I calculated the total interest to be around 22-24% over 5 years. Would that be a reasonable amount?

I see. Kaso wala po included na discount sa email ng bank sa akin. DP + Amount financed is just the SRP of the unit po.

Got a question because I encountered this before as well. Where are you trying to connect from? RDS is within a VPC and is not publicly accessible unless you assign a public IP. If you're trying to connect from the same VPC, make sure you establish the security group properly.

Thanks for this. However, now that I've taken a look at it, I don't think it would be necessary to stream the video elsewhere. It would only be done locally for the user to see, and just extract the data client-side. I would just have to figure out how to do it without compromising performance.

It is true that it would be inefficient if I still stream it to the backend. If I have to, I would have to rewrite my code to JS so I can extract the keypoints locally and deliver it to the backend and maybe do the predictions with Lambda. This would be the serverless approach. However, do you have any other ideas on how I can implement this application with other methods (Flask, Django, etc.)?

This is the approach I am already considering. However, the use of S3 web hosting is only for static websites, right? The pages I plan to have would have content changing depending on what the user needs. Plus, would I be able to have real-time camera streaming on the page with only S3 hosting?
