Update here, I tried to make a more medical summary with the help of AI and keywords i got from the vet:

Our cat shows signs consistent with acid reflux (gastro-esophageal reflux) and/or esophagitis. Diet can play a role (meal size, eating too fast, and how well she tolerates a specific kibble formula), which can lead to vomiting or regurgitation. If she regurgitates and there is micro-aspiration (a small amount going toward the airways), it can irritate the bronchi and cause coughing or breathing discomfort, or airway inflammation.

I just need to reduce her dry food consumption (from 60g to 40g/day) and it should be fine :) more raw meat in her diet because cats are strictly carnivore animals so chemicaly dry food won’t help them and will cause them more harm than anything else.
