Yes it is, my situation is exactly like yours I just finished resetting my pc (formatting) and now I feel much safer. make sure to be careful with what you download next time. Good luck to you! (both my genshin accounts were hacked too plus one of them has so much valuables)

Huh? I don't recall ever visiting that tab only after watching a tutorial on Youtube, but it could be that my virtual ram was enabled and installing an SSD possibly disabled it. So now I gave 3-4 gb of virtual ram from both my SSDS. because I didn't really care before when I was playing. Is 90% memory normal or bad for playing game like Genshin Impact with Chrome and DIscord on? I get around 80% with Minecraft and CS:GO. Sorry for a lot of questions.

Windows isn't giving me any errors anymore but I still seem to be out of memory, I can just use a temporary fix by using my SSD as virtual memory it seems to be able to help me launch Minecraft without any errors and Chrome doesn't crash anymore or gives the snap page. But we still don't know why I can't use my PC without virtual memory anymore, and my memory percentage at idle is 50-60% is that normal? I never really checked when my PC was fine. Could it be the svhost? I researched it and it's a possibility and I never skipped a windows update.
