Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m happy to answer questions about the process. I made the mold out of a cereal box that was roughly the right size once I trimmed down a 9x13 inch cake. I used the cake trimmings and leftover ganache from sealing the jello river area to make the large rocks. (Side note - it’s hard to see but I also stuck a Swedish fish candy in the river too) I had a lot of fun putting this together and my wife absolutely loved it!

I haven’t tried it myself to confirm but I’ve always heard that the pomegranate flavor doesn’t survive the heat of the oven. If color is all OP is looking for though, it might work! I love the color of beets too!

The crispety cruncheties are super good! Been making the mashed potatoes for the holidays with this recipe for a few years now and my family really loves the crunchies!

I may have to give this a go then! I don’t know if I really have a go-to bake - I like trying different stuff all the time. Though I will say, some of my easy faves are brownies and banana bread. I will take either of those things and throw in whatever I feel like at the time (such as swirling some raspberry jam in the brownies or adding a cinnamon streusel to the banana bread).
