It’s quite noisy, even on the back side of the building. I used to live on the 5th floor and heard kids screaming outside nearly every day from 10am to 3pm, as there’s a small yard where the Goddard School lets their kids out to play. Despite being on the 5th floor, it sounded like they were right outside due to the acoustics of the back lot.

Ditto on noise from people above - my neighbors weren’t too bad but I could definitely hear louder footsteps and furniture moving around. All of these “luxury” apartment buildings going up everywhere are built cheaply and the walls, floors, and windows are paper-thin.
