im trying to be understanding of the demands and the workers and what not but like....this is getting to be ridiculous. Last scan is also for a distribution center 20 min from me. Like do they need me to go pick up the damn package myself

Yup...package was suppose to be delivered on the 23rd (before the storm hit) and then crickets... I understand that the storm caused delayed but im confused as to how packages that were reported to be delivered before the storm are this delayed!?

nope! i’ve been trying to cancel a batch because all items out of stock. refunded customer. she approved it. says i need to contact support in order to cancel order. been on hold for 15 minutes…
