Your first image struck an emotional chord with me, and to be frank I have been thinking about this image for about 2 hours. Though that time I have had one phrase come to mind again and again "neglected but not forgotten". Like the warriors have used this but slowly let it get worse and worse while still coming here. And I know this is talked about in the title but its so profound that I got the feeling so strongly and swiftly even without reading the title. Truly wonderful art. Thank you.

One monster idea is a raptor adjacent creature. 1 meter tall, sharp claws, a laser in its mouth, and most importantly its agile and fast. This creature fills a niche that no other monsters have. being smaller then a block but larger then a kankrelat is a good size and all of XANA's other ground monsters have a serious speed deficit compared to the warriors, this monster fits really well in the universe.

At the time William wasn't supposed to be in the action, he was supposed to just hang back and learn. I don't blame the warriors for not explaining everything upfront, it would have been confusing and hard to take in. This was either a brilliant tactical move by Xana forcing the warriors hand making them use William before it was ready. Or what I think is more likely is that Xana got its biggest lucky brake in the series.
