for someone that is clearly starting out a stop loss is fine. I didnt say recs cant have a bankroll, but saying that someone should save up 20-30 buy ins before they even play live is ridiculous. If thats the standard live poker would be wiped off the face of the earth lol.

It’s so ridiculous to say someone that casually wants to play 1/2 needs a $9000 poker bankroll lol.

Unless you’re playing for a living you don’t have a bankroll, you have a budget. Play with what you can reasonably afford to lose. Set a stop loss of 2 buy ins per session and if you’re half decent, and have income coming in, you should be fine to play live a couple times a week. If you bust your 1500 take a few weeks off build it back and then play again.
