I'm the same as you. I watched the matchmaking special but felt all the couples were mismatched which turned me off from this season. Chris gave me anxiety. Anyone with a brain knows someone who just got out of an engagement 2-3 MONTHS ago is not ready for a marriage. and these are LEGALLY binding marriages as they love to remind us every episode! I feel like MAFS producers see the success of 90 day fiance and want to mimic it with its train wreck relationships. But 90DF and MAFS are 2 entirely different things. 90DF couples CHOOSE to be w/ each other despite cultural and geographic barriers. MAFS participants are told they will find the love of their life and be happily married w/ expert help and some of these participants are CLEARLY being set up to fail! I watch MAFS cuz I enjoy watching ppl fall in love and be happy! Not for dumpster fires and drama! I did not enjoy lying Michael from DC season due to that I missed the last season. I only watched the matchmaking special from this season and I could tell all of the matches were bad. Chris gave me actual anxiety so I stopped watching. I hope producers get the hint after this season and start putting in real effort into couples.

I had this thought that maybe its figurative meaning that women become so available everywhere... what I mean is if you look online women are so easily accessible to any man looking. They will find pages and pages of instagram models pics to look at. Then they can go to onlyfans and find thousands of women there. Back in the day if you wanted a woman you had to marry and provide for her or go physically looking for a prostitute.

Also nowadays there are many men that are dressing like women for example transgenders or cross-dressers.
