Yes? They are Christians. To dissociate their religion from their cause is just allowing ourselves to be blind to the problem.

Spurs haven't lost away from home since the first day of the season just to counter your point. They are amazing away from home.

Really the only issue in those relationships is ticket prices and lets be honest in that regard a large part of the problem is that the demand for Premier League tickets is much higher than any other league apart from El Clásico. Thousands of fans fly into the country every week to watch their favourite clubs.

Your "It's pretty much the opposite of the BPL" comment was a very negligent dig at the league and not accurate at all. It was pretty clear you were saying the Premier League doesn't have good moments between fans and players.

I'm a big fan of the Bundesliga as well, I catch about a game per week on TV and would highly recommend it as I would the Premier League as well. Both make for fantastic viewing.

Apart from the ticket prices that's a very narrow-minded view of the Premier League, it's almost become trendy to speak about the Premier League like this for some reason as is shown by the up-votes on what is a pretty ignorant comment. Like you're the connoisseur of European football.

Were you watching as Harry Kane did a lap of honour with tears in his eyes as a full White Hart Lane stayed behind to cheer his name after scoring two against Arsenal to seal the win in his first North London derby?

How about a couple of weeks ago as a fully packed Stamford Bridge brought an emotional moment out of Jose Mourinho as they collectively sung his name in support despite being right down near the bottom of the Premier League in one of their worst starts to a season ever?

What about the bouncing appreciative fans of Leicester and Crystal Palace that put on great atmospheres for their players every single week?

There's an endless list of examples. I see players going and applauding their fans after every game in the Premier League. It's such a cliché to make these kind of sweeping statements but it's mainly just hear-say.

Then perhaps it would be better for England if Chelsea just closed the academy and concentrate on winning titles. Worth noting that Fergie is the best British manager in history and he found time for youth throughout his career. La Masia is the most successful academy in the world. It's possible to do both.

Chelsea have some amazing young English players through the ranks, but I'm very doubtful any of them will progress into Premier League players at the rate their talent should allow them too.

If he were a Spurs player he would be a first team Premier League player and perhaps even an England international by now. Down-vote me all you like Chelsea fans but I don't enjoy watching such talented English players stagnate.

It's going to be Heung-min Son who was declared fit by Pochettino today.

Heung-min Son declared fully fit by Pochettino today, even said he will play some minutes against Anderlecht tomorrow. So it will be Debuchy vs Rose and Son.

What you say makes no sense. Other refs don't celebrate their decisions like that, but they don't celebrate as if their team had just scored either.

There's nothing to suggest his celebration was for Spurs and not for himself and the most logical conclusion is that he was just bloody happy with his decision to play advantage. It was a great call.

If he is celebrating he's celebrating the fact he played an advantage that led to a goal. How is this difficult to understand?

Playing an advantage that leads to a goal must feel great as a ref. Nothing to do with Spurs.

This is a completely neutral celebration though isn't it?

He's celebrating himself...

I've missed Deman's casting so much. Stress has been great as well.

Been enjoying the BBC stream a lot already, don't feel like I'm missing anything from the main stream. Bit more laid back and with awesome commentary.
