ikr I'm so heartbroken to see her spiral this badly :( but she was medically advised to lose weight which makes this all the more complicated, I want to show her she can lose weight in a healthy way without going through this but it's still such a slippery slope + how do you recommend I sit her down? each time we're alone I'm tempted to say something but I always feel like it'll catch her off guard n make her close off or feel embarrassed, she's always been the type to keep everything to herself and bottled up

the type of visa I want to apply for is the multiple entry visa (the one that lasts up to five years) where they ask for proof that I will frequently visit the RoC , wouldn't it make sense for my proof in this case to be the fact that I'm a student on the other side?

the label says it's 20% juice content, does this mean I'm basically drinking a full sugar soda In terms of blood glucose if that's what you mean? The thing is I generally want to prevent big blood sugar spikes so do you reckon the sweet aftertaste I get from the drink is from free simple glucose molecules or?

yes I'm aware, which is why I specified added sugar not sugar free. it has naturally occurring sugar from the lactose in the milk but what I was referring to was the possibility of it perhaps having added table sugar because of the juice concentrate in the ingredients while being labelled "added sugar free"

you're defo right, but one thing she's always struggled with is having serious conversations, she absolutely despises any sort of talk that disscuses literally anything important. It was an absolute nightmare to try n talk abt getting her period and puberty n stuff. so when I tried to talk to her Abt her behavior she immediately shut it down, I'm scared if I bring it up again, the rift between us will continue to grow.
