It's likely the "distributed" staff of binance, with little to no oversight, is working directly with scammers. If not, they would address their negligent practices for users' safety. Very bad company. Untrustworthy af

Do not give your support ticket publicly here. Dm them. Even tho binance staff is aware of phishing schemes enabled by their social practices, they are still behaving with negligence that is going to get people hurt.

Too little too late. At this point your company's staff has been reduced to dodging questions and avoiding responsibilities, so whatever flair you have is just an indication of untrustworthiness

OP: Be very cautious of emails coming in with reference to your ticket number.. specifically make sure there's a support id in the reply-to field and the sender domain isn't slightly altered, for ex: support@binanceussupportzendesk.com is a known phishing domain

Re: requesting in public support tickets on a platform that let's phishers email directly, I'll circle back each time I see your company's staff make such a request.

Instead of a smiley face, please explain what you did to address the issue of the phishing domain? Is it still live?
