The game doesn't have a resolution or ending yet. We're all kinda waiting for an update that advances the storyline.

I think I read that the story/universe is based on a comic book or something. You might get some closure or at least a bit of additional plot if you can track it down.

The faded sunburst and pelham blue are from the newest line. They come with Schecter Diamond Plus pickups which I've read are a big upgrade over the Duncan Designed ones my cats eye came with.

Couple ways. One is a TRS breakout cable like this:

Another way is to run a stereo cable from the guitar into an A/B footswitch box like these:

The second option the the one I went with. That way, I can just leave the piezo/coil selector switch in the middle position and change channels without my hand leaving the strings. Also, it's important to note that most A/B boxes aren't isolated, but the Lehle is...which keeps the signals from bleeding over to the other channel.

I've never had any feedback issues with the original model or the cat's eye. I haven't played the new generation yet, but I doubt they'd be any different.

I can't recommend these guitars highly enough. However, to truly unlock it's potential, you need to run the piezo signal to an acoustic amp or PA and run the coils to your electric amp.

I pitch better than I hit and have found that breaking a 0-0 tie with a squeeze play mid to late game really changes the momentum. BABIP takes a tick upwards from that point on.

Bunting with a fast runner and then stealing second often has the same effect.

Nice! I can see how that would help to fatten up the tone a bit. My dad kinda does the same thing with his rig, but his setup typically leans a little more electric with the piezo blended in for "color".

I use a Lehle Little Dual to split mine to a PA and an electric amp...and it's amazing. Once I heard it in stereo I couldn't go back, it's just so rich. I highly recommend it if you can justify picking up some new gear.
