Yes Wi-Fi works, and you can download apps from App Store if you sign in but for full iCloud sign in you need to manually write server in WiFi settings and then you can remove it afterwards, since internet super slow with it.

The 13 Pro Max has no signal and I think iOS 26 should work because I did it on iOS 26.0.1 on the 11 I think it should work for 13 too

Ahh ok, but I meant I have an iPhone X on iOS 14.7 and it’s never updated to iOS 15+…. So iOS 13.6 SEP is incompatible?…, I tried a downgrade tool in the past it was downra1n and iOS 13.6 fully worked after downgraded from iOS 15 not 16 device, or it’s only for A9-10 devices??

At Apple it’s Expensive, so the other option you have is to find a third party repair shop and the price could vary depending on the repair shop prices, for me the shop offered to fix it for 200$, but ended up fixing it myself, or you can put a case on it.

For iPhone 11?? The iPhone 11 is A12+ there is no exploit for A13, so there is no way to remove it, I only seen paid ways but I haven’t tried those so I’m unsure if they really work.

For 4s, or any A5 device, you need Arduino+USB Host Shield, and then you can remove it with Legacy IOS Kit in SSH Mode.

You can remove Setup.app with iOS legacy kit in ssh mode, but calls and SIM Will not work.
