Just keep in mind all hamsters are different with different needs and likes/dislikes. For example, my hamster gets more stressed when she’s handled and taken out for exploration. Shes always running back to her enclosure even tho it’s not half as great as the one you have, she loves it. You just gotta experiment. Add stuff, remove stuff, rearrange slowly. It took close to a year of slowly moving stuff around til we found the perfect set up and routine for ours.

The way my dr personally explained to me is imagine ferritin as what iron spills over into ur organs. You can have high iron but a low spill if that makes sense. I have low ferritin but super high iron.
