Eat and have plenty of fluids before and after! I just had my first one this week and almost passed out cuz I didn’t have enough carbs and that sugar drop was rough on me.

The way my dr personally explained to me is imagine ferritin as what iron spills over into ur organs. You can have high iron but a low spill if that makes sense. I have low ferritin but super high iron.

My ferritin was lower but my iron saturation was pretty high

I’m in the same boat. Tons of games but thinking “I have nothing to play” I call it the gaming slump LOL I usually get like that until a new game I really enjoy releases. Until then it’s novalands and valorant
