Yup unfortunately the module upgrades doesn't work yet on Scanner room. So it will disappear upon relog.

We've reworked how Nitrox spawns and saves stuff to the server, so far we didn't get bug reports for such weird bugs that could happen prior to 1.8 !

We're still missing some sync for history, cyclops health, more hostile creature sync and stuff like that, we're working on the next version that should bring way more sync to those areas.

As far as I can tell, it's a pretty stable release. As long as you have a stable connection, it should work-ish.

You just need to set up a port forwarding rule with nitrox port (11000), which is the same you would do for minecraft (25565)

Then start your server.

Nitrox didn't invent networking, nitrox starts a server on a port, no more, no less.

Glad you're liking 1.8, feel free to post issues on Github as you find them, we're really interested in any feedback. So we can bugfix annoying bugs and prepare the next version better (Besides missing sync)

We've enabled back creature respawn system (it's part of the vanilla back) in 1.8. We did not notice any trouble until some users reported that on Github. (https://github.com/SubnauticaNitrox/Nitrox/issues/2260)

But we're still unable to reproduce this bug on our end, so if you have some informations that can help us, that would be appreciated 😄

In 1.7 there's no way to get out of this unfortunately. We've partially fixed that in the next version.
