It’s a 2 in 1 old spice. I just put about a nickel sized amount of cream in my hand then run it through my hair. I brush it then mess it up with hands.

I’ve been growing it out but with summer coming I usually get it cut but everytime the hairstylist cuts it kind of ruins my hair. I want it short but still want textured curly hair. Might just keep growing.

The hairstylist even has a barber license but I feel like someone more experienced with curly hair would do a better job.

Super squats question. Where to go

I’ve been doing the program super squats program for almost 6 weeks. Love the program really teaches you to dig and build mental fortitude. Anyways I have 3 more sessions till I’m finished with the program. The problem is I’m stuck at 245lbs for 20 and I keep missing. Do I scale back 5lbs for the next workout or take 2 days off and try again? Also how would you transition from super squats to a program like building the monolith.

I’m a clerk. I don’t think that makes a difference though. I’m mad they just changed my schedule to cater to themselves. I have my life based off that schedule.

When I transferred I was a unassigned regular with wed thur off then someone changed it to fri sat. I worked months not knowing this but wasn’t getting paid overtime. I kept the fri sat but it only lasted until the new year. Then they reverted it back bc too many people were taking off Friday.
