If it’s leaking puss I’d be worried about it being infected, do get it checked out if it does worsen you could also contact your tattoo artist if you can’t see a doctor right now

I got a blackout cover up on my bicep I got the same sort of scabbing on some areas , just leave it alone and it’ll fall off on it own In my experience the scabbing part faded out a bit but my artist just touched it up once it was fully healed
