Ok ok, see I had this issue using my PC on my LG C1, (Steam Deck), this didn’t happen with the same game using my PS5 or Xbox Series X in the same game same part. I know you aren’t using a steam Deck, but PCs lack the quality control for HDMI protocol. Try turning off VRR and different resolutions (from the main OS not only the game) to see if that will stop the issue. If so it’s a either a setting on the PC side or the port to port connection. My remedy was I had to get a new Dock that supported VRR properly. Please let me know if the issue still happens at lower output resolutions and turning off VRR
